Lecithin is used as a natural emulsifier in many foods. It will also work as a stabilizer, as a softener in bread and as an anti-spatter in margarines.

Flour correctors and bread improvers are formulated depending on which application is used. Baking tests and dough rheological analysis (Mixolab) supports the development of these products.

Qualitative non-GMO soy products from Austria. Our product range contains full fat soy flour (possibly enzyme activated), soy granulate, soy bran and flakes.

With more than 100 years of experience in both liquid and powder sourdoughs, we provide excellent flavour and freshness in bread products. Doughs come from the country of origin.

We’ve got sunflower seeds, Barley flakes, brown flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and many more for dazzling bread mixtures.

We sell a broad range of delicious gluten-free bread products both frozen, fresh and as in a baking mix. 100% gluten-free!
